Oh, it just occurred to me, three days now and still, no smoking. I've gone through six packs of Orbit gum, two packs of Winterfresh (which tastes like turpentine), and three ghetto bags of sunflower seeds... heartburn is killing me, but no smoking. Be proud of me. Now clap!
